Description
The church was built in 1753: one of the two churches of Rotonda forms in Lithuania, the other in Sudervė. These churches were created following the example of Roman Rotonda. The most famous building of such a plan is the Roman Pantheon Temple (later converted into a church). Kalvių Church is a favourite of locals, newlyweds, tourists. Next to it, there is the largest lake in the district, a tidy beach with a volleyball court and a gazebo awaits the tourists.
