Description

A cemetery is a resting place for the most prominent people of art and science of different period of time. The independence defenders who died in the events of 13 January 1991, and the border guards killed in Medininkai on 31 July 1991 rest here. They are honoured by the monument “Pieta” by sculptor S. Kuzma.
